As we continue to expand our services and client base, we are seeking dynamic and experienced B2B Sales executive to join our team and spearhead our Revenue R&D efforts. We work closely with our clients to develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that drive revenue, build sales pipeline and deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do at Blue Scalar Labs :

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company & clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business goals. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities :

Absolute Responsibilities :

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the B2B SaaS industry, leveraging various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and qualification processes to understand client pain points, objectives, and budgetary considerations.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that effectively articulate the value proposition of our services.

Relationship Building and Account Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target client organizations.
  • Conduct effective sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our agency’s capabilities and solutions.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and market trends to position our services as valuable solutions that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical professionals, to ensure successful delivery of client solutions and exceed client expectations.

Sales Strategy and Forecasting:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate target markets, identify growth opportunities, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to position our agency as a leader in the industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track sales activities, and provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative sales strategies to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Measure the true effectiveness of sales forcasting by real matrices that relates to the Sales pipeline velocity.

Contract Negotiation and Closing:

      • Collaborate with clients to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
      • Oversee the contract signing process and work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
      • Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timelines.
      • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information. Salesforce CRM experienced would be considerd.

You Need :

  1. Proven track record of 5+ years success in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  2. Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  3. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build report and trust with clients.
  4. Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities, with a consultative sales approach. Strong presentation skills,
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Strong B2B SaaS business acumen and ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into solutions.
  7. Proficiency in using Sales CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Automation & AI systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify sales trends and drive data-driven decision-making.
  9. Work with Marketing & Sales teams of clients, report to the Director & CEO of Blue Scalar Labs.

Pay Scale :

  • Salary = Rs 12 LPA to Rs 18 LPA , depending on years of experience and expertise.
  • No Equity
  • Salary hikes based on performance and results achieved for clients
