As we continue to expand our services and client base, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Demand Generation to join our team and spearhead our demand generation efforts.

What you’ll do at Blue Scalar Labs :

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that fuel the growth of our clients’ businesses. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive demand gen pipeline, increase brand visibility, building revenue game, and optimize conversion rates throughout the customer journey. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, based on both inbound and outbound tactics, that drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.

This role reports to the VP Marketing, and will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is data driven, strategic, and willing to roll-up their sleeves to get things done. It requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies aligned with our clients’ business goals and target audiences to accelerate sales pipeline velocity.

  • Create and manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns, encompassing various channels such as Paid search & Paid social advertising strategies, content marketing, social media, events, Multi-channel Campaign Management and more.

  • Execute B2B campaigns– Manage and optimize the budget allocation across campaigns, Configure and build campaigns within Marketing Automation, Measure the correct Revenue based Matrices, Identify content needs for campaigns, A/B testing of campaigns to increase success rate. Ability to innovate Marketing ways based on data, matrices, retargeting via Ads, fast experimentations with our Revenue R&D methods.

  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to build and optimize lead nurturing workflows, segment target audiences, and track campaign performance.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and assets that drive engagement and conversion.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in demand generation for B2B SaaS companies.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) & core matrices to measure the effectiveness and ROI of demand generation initiatives.

  • Optimize B2B Buyers behavior, Self Attribution, lead acquisition, lead scoring, and lead qualification processes to maximize the demand capture & conversion.

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless handoff of Sales qualified leads, and provide insights to optimize the sales process. • Work with Sales /Marketing to develop end-to-end campaigns, from ideation to execution to tracking results with reporting of all matrices and ROI.

  • Set program goals, analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments. Build reports and dashboards in CRM & Google Sheet to monitor Entire campaign activity in graph form like reporting.

  • Maintain a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize demand conversion campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand generation, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support demand generation efforts when necessary.

You Need :

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B demand generation, preferably within the SaaS industry. At least 2 years being responsible for the demand generation function at a SaaS company.

  • Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, B2B custumers Buying behavior, strong Marketing & Sales understanding, tactics, and technologies, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce CRM), analytics tools and all Paid ads platforms (FB ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube ads, Retargeting etc).

  • Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness using Data Analytics & processing, reporting etc. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns that resulted in measurable business impact.

  • Proficiency in leveraging marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for lead management and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, Team & Clients Micromanagment ability, Critical thinking, Challenging traditional status quo to accelerate Revenue, Fast Experimentation will, and manage a team of demand generation professionals to accelerate sales pipeline velocity.

  • The Director should possess strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage a team of demand generation professionals, and provide guidance and support to team members. Leadership abilities are essential for fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Industry Knowledge: Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand generation for B2B SaaS companies is crucial. The Director should have a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including its unique challenges and opportunities, to develop effective strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention). You love marketing and stop at nothing to improve yourself to drive better results for your teammates and clients. You listen to podcasts, you’re active on LinkedIn, and you can’t stop reading about the latest trend in marketing.

  • Results Orientation: The Director must be results-oriented, constantly striving to achieve measurable business impact through demand generation efforts. This includes setting and monitoring KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes and drive growth.

  • You’ll be the main point of contact for multiple clients.

  • You’ll host bi-weekly calls, answer slack questions, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for clients.

  • You’ll coordinate execution of paid media campaigns with other Sr. Paid Media Managers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers from the Blue Scalar Labs Team & Clients.

Pay Scale :

  • Salary = Rs 15 LPA to Rs 25 LPA , depending on years of experience and expertise.
  • No Equity
  • Salary hikes based on performance and results achieved for clients
