We are looking for an ambitious Senior Performance Marketing Manager that is looking to help build and scale demand gen for high-growth B2B SaaS companies. You’d be a great fit if you like working with a small but innovated agile team of marketers and have a high burning desire to go against the status quo to help B2B SaaS brands stand out from the crowd.

We are seeking a talented, ambitious Performance Marketing Manager to join the Blue Scalar Labs team. You’re a great fit for the role if you’re entrepreneurial, You understand B2B SaaS marketing and have extensive marketing experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

What you’ll do at Blue Scalar Labs :

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our B2B SaaS clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, data analysts, designers, sales team and developers to drive customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI. Your role will involve a combination of strategic thinking, campaign execution, data analysis, and optimization.

Responsibilities :

    1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape. Based on this understanding, develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with the client’s objectives.
    2. Paid Media Campaign Management: Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive inbound demand. Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid search and paid social, & proper Retargeting. Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, & Google Ads.
    3. Conduct thorough audience research: Utilize various tools and platforms to conduct detailed audience research, identify target segments, and create highly targeted campaigns that resonate with the intended audience.
    4. Optimize campaign performance: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Use A/B testing, data analysis, and other optimization techniques to drive improvements in conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    5. Budget management: Work closely with clients to define campaign budgets, allocate spend across channels, and optimize budget allocation based on performance and business objectives. Provide regular budget updates and ensure optimal resource allocation.
    6. Reporting and Data analysis: Prepare comprehensive performance reports on a regular basis, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborate with the data analytics team to enhance reporting capabilities. Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories and spend recommendations. Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings.
    7. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in performance marketing. Leverage industry knowledge to provide strategic recommendations and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
    8. Client Management: interface regularly with clients, prepare reports, presentations & other client facing materials to showcase the results and impact of your efforts. Work with the Sales & Marketing teams of our clients on daily basis.

You Need :

    1. Demonestrating minimum 5 years of professional hands-on experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. And required to handle Millions of Dollars in ad spend experience across various ad channels with core Data Analytics, Matrices, Tools & Reporting.
    2. Strong analytical skills: Proficient in data analysis, campaign tracking, and reporting. Ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    3. Expertise in performance marketing tools and platforms: Proficient in using performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4). Demonstrate the ability to track campaign performance across multiple channels.
    4. Results-oriented mindset: Track record of delivering measurable results and exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for conversion, ROI, and customer acquisition.
    5. Technical proficiency: Knowledge of marketing automation systems, AI tools, Excel, CRM software, and lead management platforms is a plus. Reporting skills like Excel, Salesforce CRM, PPT presentation, Looker studio, WordPress website management.
      • Marketo, Pardot, Zapier, and PipeDrive experience are a plus
      • Salesforce experience is preferred in addition to HubSpot
    6. Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, strategies, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
    7. Continuous fast learning & building mindset: Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends, AI tools & automation, best practices, and technologies.
    8. Strong communication and presentation skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey complex marketing concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Confidence in presenting marketing plans, results, and recommendations to clients.
    9. Project management and multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work on Notion, CRM, Google work tools.

Pay Scale :

  • Salary = Rs 12 LPA to Rs 20 LPA , depending on years of experience and expertise.
  • No Equity
  • Salary hikes based on performance and results achieved for clients

You will be responsible for the research, campaign build-out, analysis and optimization of client’s paid media campaigns. This role is client facing and will be expected to interface and communicate with clients via Zoom, email and Slack.
